Unfortunately, as statistics show, if a child is born with any special features, then parents prefer to immediately abandon him. The heroine of our material faced the same attitude as her biological mother, but the world is not without good people.

A girl with an unusual and very beautiful name Vasilina develops like all her peers, but she has a physical feature — when the fetus was formed, the left hand did not form at all, and together with the right hand — a small process with two fingers.

The biological mother of the girl immediately realized that she would not be able to raise such a child and abandoned her. But one day they learned about Vasilina far beyond the borders of her hometown. The married couple, Chris and Elmira Knutsen could not leave the baby in trouble and decided to adopt Vasilina. The family already had 3 children, one of whom is also adopted.

But not everything is so simple, because adoption is a rather laborious legal process, very often adoptive parents are faced with collecting the necessary documents for years before they sign the adoption papers.

The couple’s eldest son was also born with physical features. When all the children walk together on the street, sometimes even adults can shout out some bad words to the children, but the parents educate them so wisely that they, in turn, have learned not to react to such attacks.

Vasilina’s life is now filled with love and care. She grows up in a complete family and happily explores this world, developing and making great strides.
